Olivia Pagan-Beltran LLMSW

As a therapist, I am passionate about working with children, students, and young adults as they navigate key stages of growth and transition. From early childhood through college and into young adulthood, each season brings unique challenges such as academic pressure, social changes, increasing independence, identity development, and major life decisions.

I strive to create an authentic, supportive, and nonjudgmental space for clients of all ages. I work with college students and young adults experiencing anxiety, depression, OCD, self-esteem and identity concerns, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and trauma-related symptoms. My approach is collaborative and empowering, helping clients build practical coping skills, resilience, and clarity as they move toward their goals.

I also work with children and adolescents facing anxiety, mood and behavioral concerns, self-image struggles, and social challenges. With younger clients, I focus on fostering emotional awareness and confidence in developmentally appropriate ways, while partnering closely with parents and caregivers to support lasting growth.
